All work performed on any vehicle submitted for service is carried out by unpaid volunteers who are not licensed or certified automotive professionals. All volunteer activities are supervised by an ASE‑certified mechanic; however, such supervision does not constitute a guarantee of workmanship nor create any express or implied warranty. By presenting your vehicle for service, you acknowledge and agree that all services are provided “as is” and without any warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of workmanship, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You further acknowledge that automotive repair and maintenance activities inherently involve certain risks, including the potential for mechanical failure, defects, or additional damage that may arise during or after service. By allowing volunteers to perform work on your vehicle, you voluntarily assume all associated risks, both known and unknown.

By leaving your vehicle for service, you agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the organizers, volunteers, supervising mechanic, and any affiliated individuals or entities from any liability, claims, damages, losses, or expenses that may result from or relate to the services provided, including consequential or subsequent vehicle issues.
